The unit is located on the first floor (walk up) and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and comfortable living room.
The master bedroom has queen sized bed and second offers 2 single beds. The bathroom has walk in shower and separate toilet. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, with everything you would need to cook and entertain on holidays.
You will enjoy relaxing in the comfortable lounge room with leather recliners, or step outside to your private balcony and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze!
The unit has been well maintained and will offer a relaxing, comfortable beachside holiday. It is ideally located in the heart of Rainbow Bay, one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful beaches.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Rainbow Bay is located only 10 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Rainbow Bay offers laid back charm with a few popular cafes and takeaway shops and a fantastic surf club on the water. The beach is protected from the North and South, and offers calm swimming conditions. Surfers, head to Snapper Rocks- Australias greatest surfing mecca, or over the hill to Duranbar (D-Bar as the locals call it). Talk a walk at dusk around the boardwalk towards Coolangatta and enjoy spectacular views, with Surfers Paradise twinkling in the distance
