Bilinga Gardens 3 is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet complex directly across from Bilinga beach.

This 2 bedroom unit is very spacious and has been updated to provide a relaxed and comfortable beachside getaway!

The master bedroom offers queen bed and ensuite (walk in shower), and second bedroom has 2 single beds, both with ceiling fans. There is also a second bathroom (walk in shower) and large laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The open plan living area is comfortably furnished and offers smart TV plus free Wi-Fi. This leads through to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen which provides everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays.

The standout feature is the spacious and private beachfront balcony with ocean views surrounded by tropical gardens. There is also a second courtyard area accessed from both bedrooms.

Bilinga Gardens 3 offers secure parking for one car (clearance 2.0m). The unit is located opposite the Oceanway Path, which offers a long, flat and very scenic path for kilometers in both directions so you can park your car securely and explore the local area on foot.

* Please note there are approximately 6 steps from the front entrance to the unit and more from the basement.
* Please note the Wi-Fi speed can vary and may not be suitable for guests who require high-speed connections.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

A Delightful Holiday Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this comfortable unit set in tranquil lush gardens. It offered ocean views and a gentle breeze from the sea. The location was ideal, a walk across the road to the beach, with shops, clubs and restaurants all in close proximity. The spacious unit is equipped with everything you want including Wi-Fi. It suited our needs perfectly and was very affordable. The staff at Gold Coast Holiday Homes were so helpful at facilitating our stay. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for such a relaxing break.

PLEASE READ Before Booking

If only we read this and the many other review’s before booking - OVERPRICED Bedrooms don’t cool down - both rooms sit at 29/28 degrees with a fan on; don’t recommend if you have baby. Absolutely no phone/internet reception. You have to lean over balcony for phone calls/internet reception. Advised there could be a possibility of an antenna that WE can drive to collect and install. We booked 28nights; you think someone other than us (paying guest) would attempt to install to improve our stay.

Hi Kelsey, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Bilinga Gardens 3 is one of our most affordable properties and offers great value for money for its location, condition and facilities. We have never received any feedback about the ceiling fans previously and they are relatively new (installed Dec 2023). Unfortunately, the internet service is affected by the proximity to the airport and we try to make this clear on the listing text. When you called to discuss the issue, we spent considerable time speaking with the property owner and service provider trying to troubleshoot the issue and although we did not have staff available to collect an antenna for you the same day, we did purchase and deliver one the following day to you. We thank you for advising us that the antenna did assist with the wi-fi reception and that you appreciated the efforts made.

Quiet Area of a quiet Town

Very nice renovated and spacious unit with all conveniences and a view of the ocean from the unit. Enjoyed the 5 day stay. Having to bring your own bed linen and towels will limit this to travellers who have cars, though they say you can rent but its an additional cost.

Disappointed

Although the Unit itself is very nice, large and well presented and near beach, it should come with two warnings: 1 It is very close to the airport and with the noise from constant takeoffs and landings this is rather disturbing; and 2 Because the unit is inside a concrete building and surround by other concrete & brick buildings and also near the airport, cellphone/internet connection is at best poor. Be warned that cellphone coverage/reception is extremely low and variable.

Great 2-bedroom unit at Bilinga

It was a really lovely unit. It was clean, the kitchen was fairly big, neat and tidy, and the cutlery, utensils, and crockery were all good and clean. The lounge was big, the balcony area handy and relaxing. The bedrooms, ensuite, and bathroom all good. It was nice to have the outdoor area just outside the bedroom sliding doors - and I liked the small proper washing line there. It had a solid front door, screen door, and extra security with the key controlled gates in front of the garage.
