Legacy 3 is a comfortable first-floor apartment set directly opposite the beachfront in Bilinga, just 50 metres from North Kirra Surf Club. Offering an affordable coastal stay in a small residential block, it is ideal for longer stays and guests looking for a simple, well-located beachside base.
The apartment features a practical, easy-living layout with timber flooring, white plantation shutters and a light-filled interior. A front balcony overlooking the ocean provides a relaxed outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sea breeze.
The open-plan living space includes a flat screen TV and connects easily to well equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher.
The unit includes two bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master and two single beds in the second bedroom, making it suitable for small families. Ceiling fans are provided in the lounge and both bedrooms for year-round comfort.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate toilet, and the property also offers communal laundry facilities for guest use.
A single lock-up garage is included for secure parking.
Positioned directly across from the beach, Legacy 3 offers immediate access the Oceanway Path, a scenic beachfront pathway stretching for kilometres along the coastline through North Kirra and beyond. Guests are also within easy walking distance of local cafés, surf clubs and the dining and shopping options in nearby Coolangatta.
The property is also well located for guests attending Surf Life Saving events held at North Kirra Surf Club.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

Justin B - 26th March 2025I stayed four night at Legacy 3 in Bilinga. The first thing I noticed was the tap in the bathroom had come off the hinge, so had to be delicately turned on as it was ready to come completely off. The bedroom is configured wall to wall with the adjacent unit, and unfortunately the first night the person had their tv blaring so I couldn't sleep. I ended up moving the mattress into the loungeroom for the rest of my stay and there were no further noise from neighbours issues. That aside was decent.
Perfect Location
Craig H - 11th September 2024We had a 3 day conference at Rydges near the Gold Coast Airport. This accommodation was close enough for us to walk (10-15 min). We had an additional day to ourselves and spent most of the day on the beach across the road. Only a 5 min drive to the shops and local cafes.
