Bright, airy and filled with natural light, the apartment features open-plan living and dining spaces that flow out to a wraparound beachfront balcony with stunning views stretching along the coastline toward Coolangatta. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, long lunches with family or simply sit back and watch the waves roll in.
Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, the apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or longer beachside stays. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and private ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms each include two single beds. There is also a portacot for guests to use. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout to keep things cool and comfortable year-round.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for easy holiday meals, including a dishwasher, coffee pod machine and plenty of bench space. The apartment also includes a comfortable loungeroom with smart TV and Wi-Fi, internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer, and second bathroom with shower over bath and separate toilet.
Seacrest is a quiet, well-positioned offering basement parking for one car.
The location is hard to beat — absolute beachfront in Tugun with direct access to the sand and coastal pathway right out the front. Bilinga Surf Lifesaving Club is only a short stroll away, while Tugun Village’s popular cafés, restaurants and shops are around a 10-minute walk along the beachfront path. Gold Coast Airport is also just minutes away, making this an easy and convenient coastal escape.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

The apartment was well stocked with amenities also which was helpful when staying for a few weeks. No pool or bbq facilities was probably the only downside. We would definitely recommend for future guests.

Magic Position

Great to be able to walk straight out of the unit and onto the beach, without entering an elevator. 3 bedrooms are ideal for families and the small complex makes for a very quiet stay. Already looking forward to returning next holidays.
