The first floor unit features 2 bedrooms – master with double bed and the second room with 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort.
The open plan loungeroom is air-conditioned and there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and microwave.
The bathroom includes walk in shower, washing machine and separate toilet.
There is also off-street parking for 1 car.
Kirra Belle 2 is a perfect for an affordable family holiday close to the beach with all conveniences within walking distance.
*Note - 1 small dog permitted however there is no private yard or outdoor area (no cats or other pets permitted). Guests must remain respectful when taking their dog through common areas. Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from our office, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

Keith Sanders - 2nd September 2023I always enjoy going too the gold coast. This time it was also a great visit. Kirra Belle is a good location close too airport, only a hop skip & a jump. About 20. min walk, Very close too beach & shops.

It’s a great size and the kitchen is well stocked, there is a nice balcony that overlooks the lovely garden. It’s very close walk to Kirra beach & cafes or short drive. The place could improve if they would provide a smart TV and internet
