The second bedroom comes with 2 king single beds and built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining with a stone island breakfast bench and high-end appliances including fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, Vintec wine fridge, integrated dishwasher and coffee machine.
The living room offers relaxed comfort with a dining area seating 4, comfortable lounge, wall mounted smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors allow plenty of natural light and lead out to the balcony featuring ocean views. This is the perfect spot for a morning coffee before hitting the beach, or a drink with friends at sunset.

Linen
High quality linen, including plush beach towels is provided, and beds will be made up for you on arrival. The second bedroom will be made as 2 king single beds which joined together to form a king bed. King bed linen will be available should guests wish to do this on arrival.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, located at 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. The office is an approximate 1-minute drive south of the property and a 6-minute drive south of the Gold Coast Airport.

New Place In A Great Location!
Kurt A - 21st January 2026New place and in a great location that's easy to walk everywhere. The sauna is a really nice touch. It's worth noting you have to pickup /drop off the keys offsite. Overall it was a good stay.
