On the lower level, you’ll find two bedrooms bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two king single beds. Both rooms come with built in wardrobes, ceiling fans, ducted air-conditioning and access out to the courtyard garden.
There is also an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead, plus a toilet and vanity.
A double lock-up garage (with remote access) and full laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, are also located downstairs.
Upstairs, the open plan living space offers a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV and dining table for 6. Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors allow for plenty of natural light and open onto your private and comfortable balcony complete with lounge setting.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for holiday cooking and entertaining, including a dishwasher and coffee pod machine.
The luxurious master suite features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, and deep soaking tub.
