The three bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor (walk up) and is spread over 2 spacious levels.
Upstairs, a generous master suite comes with a king bed, TV, ensuite, built-in robe, ceiling fan and beautiful ocean views.
The lower level offers open-plan living with a cool tiled loungeroom equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan, smart TV and Wi-Fi and separate dining area for 6.
The modern and spacious fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including dishwasher.
Step through to your private balcony overlooking the ocean to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks with loved ones.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, including one with a queen bed plus balcony overlooking the tropical gardens and pool area, and second bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
There is also a spacious main bathroom with shower and laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.
Beautiful Palm Beach is just steps from the patrolled section or beach, and the calm, clear blue waters of Currumbin Creek.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is approximately 15 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Beautiful Beachfront Unit & Excellent Location!
Shane A - 5th November 2025We loved our stay. The apartment felt very homely, super neat and tidy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Baking trays etc. Great knives and many extra kitchen accessories. Excellent location, beautiful beachfront and next to the estuary and river too. We loved the resort pools. The nice hot spas were wonderful. Air conditioning on the kitchen floor, the air didn’t get to the bedrooms and the above main bedroom was warm too, but all bedrooms had fans which helped. We also got some lovely sea breezes in the afternoon. The security was extra good, but it was tricky getting into gates, under car parking too, then the fob was also needed to get in and out of the pool, the gated area in and out to the beach and into the apartment. We only got two fobs so with 6 people we had to plan who was going where and how to get in and out of all those locations. It was handy having a door from the garage up to our room, but some may need to know that there is no lift. 4 flights of stairs. Excellent stay
Loved Our Stay!
Katrina A - 4th October 2025We loved our stay at this unit, it was very comfortable and as per the description and photos. The view was lovely with lots of space for our family. The kitchen and living area was spacious and seemed recently renovated. The gardens/grounds were lush and pool was so nice! We loved the loved the location and found it no problem without a car. Easy to jump on a bus or grab a. Uber. It was one of the few places with direct beach access and no road to cross which was great with young kids. The GC holiday homes staff were friendly and responsive. Our only downside was the check in/out process and having to pick up and drop off a key in Coolangatta. This was very clear in the description so it was not a surprise to us but it would be great if there was another option. We rented a second unit at the same complex (for extra family) and they had a lockbox at the gate which was great. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this unit.
Fantastic location for families
Maddy G - 3rd September 2025The apartment was perfect for our 10 night stay with 4 adults, toddler and baby. The location is family friendly, close to the beach, playground, cafe & walking distance to supermarket. The layout of the apartment allowed for a seperate space upstairs & the heated pool /spa at the complex were great. The area is also very quiet during the week outside school holidays. Some minor cosmetic improvements could be made to the property but this did not impact our stay.
Beautiful location
Rhiannon S - 12th June 2025A great apartment with everything we needed! The location was beautiful and we loved being able to walk out the front and step on to the beach. The playground and cafe that was also close by was a hit for the kids and adults! My only negative about our stay was having to collect and return keys to the Coolangatta office. Just a little tricky with kids when you're flying in from another state without a car. Perhaps a key drop box at the apartments reception would be a great idea.
