Isle of Palms 120 is a beautifully styled waterfront townhouse perfectly positioned in Currumbin, offering tranquil canal views and relaxed coastal living in a secure gated complex.
Set across two spacious levels, the townhouse enjoys calming water views from almost every room and has been thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable and inviting holiday retreat for families, couples and small groups.
The lower level features bright open-plan living and dining areas with seating for six, a comfortable lounge with Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the waterfront patio. Glass doors open onto a private outdoor entertaining area overlooking the water — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or peaceful evenings by the canal.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for an easy holiday stay, including a dishwasher, ample bench space and quality appliances. Downstairs also includes a separate toilet and full laundry with washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Upstairs, the spacious main bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite and balcony overlooking the waterfront, creating a peaceful space to relax and unwind. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and single bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, making the townhouse ideal for families. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, with ducted air-conditioning throughout the upper level and reverse-cycle air-conditioning downstairs ensuring year-round comfort.
Guests also have access to secure garage parking for one vehicle.
Ideally located between Palm Beach and Currumbin Beach, you will be close to some of the Southern Gold Coast’s best beaches, surf clubs, cafes and restaurants.
The townhouse is also just metres from The Pines Elanora, where you’ll find Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and over 50 speciality stores, along with convenient public transport nearby.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is approximately 18 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

Lots of friendly local bird life stopped by to say g'day. The pool and hot tub were great after a big day out. Our only wish was for AC in the unit.

Quiet and easy walking distance to Pines shopping centre. 1/2 hour drive to Pacific Fair and Surfers Paradise. There are also 2 pools and 2 heated spas and tennis courts. Also security gate. Town house neat and tidy and furniture comfy. Nice balcony to sit too. Thank you. We recommend this property!!

The pool area was great and the kids loved it. With shopping and multiple food outlets only a 5 minute walk away we could not have asked for more. We can't wait to come back and enjoy it all again.

Ake - 30th October 2019We stayed at their Isle of Palms 120 villa in Gold Coast, Australia between 18/10/19 - 27/10/19. The villa was clean and tidy. Plenty of space and amenities available for us to use. Neighbours were also friendly. It was very convenient to have the bedrooms separate (upstairs) to the main living room as the young adults enjoyed watching tv and hanging out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the lagoon. The shared pool and spa is about a 10 meter walk from the villa, it was very convenient as we used it everyday. The customer service we received was excellent, they responded to our queries very efficiently - no issues at all. Thank you for having us.
