Porta Pacifique 10 is a spacious, affordable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront unit located on the third floor, right across the road from Bilinga beach.
The third floor apartment captures panoramic ocean views from almost all rooms and plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The unit offers timber floors through the living area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher—everything you need for an easy beachside stay.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the ocean-facing balcony, where you can sit and take in the views, while the second bedroom has two single beds.
There are two bathrooms, including an ensuite off the master, plus a main bathroom with a shower-over-bath and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Porta Pacifique is a secure building with resort style facilities including a swimming pool, lift, half sized tennis court and secure parking for one car.
This unit is just across the road from the sandy shores of Bilinga. Enjoy morning swims, long beach walks, or surfing at nearby breaks all within easy walking distance.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

Room with a view
Greg P - 8th October 2025Lovely balcony views from this 3rd-floor unit. As other reviewers have stated, this unit is dated but it was very clean and really a great place to stay. The pool is excellent and there is even a tennis court, if you can drag yourself away from the balcony view. We really liked it for a short stay. When we come to Kirra-Coolangatta we always stay just a little to the north (like here at Bilinga) to enjoy the quieter setting and make ourselves exercise (walk) to get to the patrolled beaches.
AMAZING LOCATION WITH STUNNING SUNRISES FROM THE BALCONY
Helen A - 2nd October 2025We stayed for 12 nights in September. The location was amazing, right across from the beach and you get the most stunning sunrises everyday from your balcony. Apartment is on the 3rd level and there is a lift., the complex is well kept and has good amenities, with a swimming pool out front and a tennis court out back. Safe parking underground and plenty of parking available on street nearby too. The apartment was nice and quiet, with a good layout and had all that was needed for our stay.

Vicky Cocozza - 14th October 2021The double bed was extremely hard and could do with a mattress topper! The microwave didn't have a working display but unit did work. The clock has a corroded battery which Tony cleaned up contacts and we replaced. The oven wasn't very clean so didn't use it. Frypan was okay...the same as the one we had many years ago. The sandwich makers were both dirty so put back and not used by us! Air comes in through both lounge and bedroom window frames and you get a whistling sound!
