Escape to Sage on Simpson, a luxurious and serene coastal townhouse just minutes from Kirra Beach. This newly completed home comfortably sleeps six guests across two spacious levels.
On the lower level, you’ll find two bedrooms bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two king single beds. Both rooms come with built in wardrobes, ceiling fans, ducted air-conditioning and access out to the courtyard garden.
There is also an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead, plus a toilet and vanity.
A double lock-up garage (with remote access) and full laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, are also located downstairs.
Upstairs, the open plan living space offers a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV and dining table for 6. Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors allow for plenty of natural light and open onto your private and comfortable balcony complete with lounge setting.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for holiday cooking and entertaining, including a dishwasher and coffee pod machine.
The luxurious master suite features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, and deep soaking tub.
Sage on Simpson is a beautifully styled and finished townhouse, offering all the modern conveniences you’d expect including ducted air-conditioning throughout, intercom, keyless entry and unlimited Wi-Fi.
A footpath at the end of Simpson Street makes it an easy 700m stroll to the golden sands of Kirra Beach.
