Sanctuary Lake Apartment 67 is a peaceful beachside retreat, perfectly positioned just moments from the golden sands of Currumbin and Tugun Beaches. Located on the third floor (stair access only, no lift) of the beautifully maintained Sanctuary Lake Apartments, the apartment offers two private balconies, resort-style facilities and a relaxed coastal setting surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Ideal for families and friends, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, wall mounted TV, private ensuite and access to its own balcony, which catches the morning sun. The second bedroom also provides a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two single beds. All rooms include ceiling fans for year round comfort.

The air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area is bright, spacious and designed for relaxed holiday living. The modernised fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The adjoining dining and lounge area opens onto the main balcony, overlooking the resort-style pool and beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. It's a lovely spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The apartment also provides a spacious main bathroom with shower over bath, along with a full internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, making it ideal for longer stays. Guests also have access to resort facilities including a sparkling saltwater swimming pool with shallow kid's pool, heated spa, sundeck and BBQ area. Secure parking is available for one car (height 2.1m).

Sanctuary Lake Apartments is ideally located between Tugun and Currumbin, directly opposite Flat Rock Beach and only a short, level stroll to Tugun Village, where you'll find an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, the Tugun Surf Club and the popular Tugun Market Co. In the opposite direction, discover Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, just 200 metres away, as well as Elephant Rock and the iconic Currumbin Surf Club.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is approximately a 12-minute drive south of the property and 6 minutes from Gold Coast Airport.
