The Dune Apartments 6 offers the perfect beachside escape, only steps from Tugun Beach.
This top floor apartment (walk up) boasts three spacious bedrooms, open plan living and an expansive balcony with fabulous ocean views. The apartment has been tastefully furnished throughout, offering relaxed coastal living and modern comfort for up to six guests.
The open plan living room features reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV with Wi-Fi, comfortable lounge setting and dining area seating six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain with including coffee pod machine and a dishwasher.
An expansive covered balcony spans the length of the apartment and offers gas BBQ and alfresco dining and sitting areas to enjoy the stunning ocean views.
The master bedroom offers queen bed, smart TV and ensuite with shower and toilet, plus access to the balcony.
The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom provides two single beds. All bedrooms offer plenty of storage plus ceiling fans.
The spacious main bathroom offers shower plus separate bath and there is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The Dune Apartments 6 is located in a secure complex, with secure unground parking for two cars, plus storage space for bikes and boards.
It is ideally located only 300m from Tugun Village) 40m from Tugun Beach and on the Oceanway footpath which offers flat, scenic walking and cycling for kilometres in both directions.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

Clean, Comfortable & Great Stay
Kristinn A - 21st September 2026We had a great stay. The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a fantastic veranda that was a real highlight. The bathrooms are a little older compared with the rest of the house, but they were still very clean and well maintained. The garage was a great bonus, providing plenty of space to store beach gear and bikes. We did find the planes a little noisy at times, but overall this didn’t take away from our stay. All in all, a very nice unit and we would happily stay again.

There is some traffic noise in the evening with windows open that is quite loud. And construction is currently going on next door. No issues on the weekend, but they started work at 6:30am during the week and the noise was disturbing.

Michael A - 11th August 2026Great location and very spacious unit to stay, nice and tidy on arrival, unfortunately we had construction right next door (this was mentioned in the ad) however waking up to concrete trucks at 4am did effect our stay, would stay again if not for the construction as right on the beach. End of story is a good price but not the greatest price with the construction going on. Otherwise would of been perfect.

Tomas A - 18th February 2025Large, clean and comfortable unit with beautiful ocean views. Easy access to beach, local cafes and restaurants. Only one AC unit, located in the main living room. On warm Summer nights this was not sufficient to cool bedrooms to a comfortable temperature. With windows open guests are exposed to some traffic noise from nearby main road. Check-in/out occurs at an office ~10 min drive from unit. Staff were friendly and helpful.
