The Villa at Fraser Cove is a modern and spacious villa located in the Norther Rivers of NSW, moments to Tweed waterways with easy access to southern Gold Coast beaches, and all the Tweed coast has to offer!
The townhouse style villa features open-plan living across two levels, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, plus an additional powder room downstairs for added convenience.
The Villa is also pet friendly, so your beloved furry friend can join you on holidays.
The ground floor offers galley style kitchen with quality appliances including dishwasher, breakfast bench with seating for four and everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays. The loungeroom offers ultimate relaxation with a huge 80-inch smart TV, high speed internet and comfortable furnishings.
Step outside to the private entertaining area featuring outdoor seating and a gas BBQ, ideal for enjoying relaxed afternoons and alfresco dining.
A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer is also located on the ground floor for your convenience.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-through wardrobe, and ensuite featuring both a shower and bath. The second bedroom includes two single beds, while the third bedroom features a comfortable double sofa bed and dedicated work desk area, making it an excellent option for longer stays or guests working remotely while on holiday.
The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
For year-round comfort, the villa is fitted with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Parking includes one off-street driveway space, with additional visitor parking available within the complex.
Comfortably furnished and styled, The Villa at Fraser Cove is perfect for guests seeking a peaceful coastal escape close to the beaches, while enjoying a quieter setting away from the hustle and bustle.
Tweed waterways and a nearby boat ramp are just a short walk or bike ride away, while local supermarkets, cafés, Coolangatta and Kirra beaches, the Tweed Coast, and Gold Coast Airport are all within easy reach. Byron Bay is also just a scenic 45-minute drive south.
* Pet Friendly property for one small dog up to 10kg allowed (no cats or other pets permitted) and must be kept on a lead when walking through the complex. Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.
Keys
Keys are to be collected and returned to 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 12 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

Lovely Property. Great Location!
Claire A - 5th April 2026Really lovely property and in a great location. Had lots of cooking utensils and was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing was that we had to go and collect and return the keys from the rental company’s office which was about a 10 minute drive away- would have preferred to be able to collect them at the property if possible.
