Tugun Beach House is the ultimate family-friendly coastal getaway, perfectly positioned just steps from the golden sands of Tugun Beach. Spacious, comfortable, and designed for relaxed beachside living, this welcoming holiday home is ideal for families, groups, and even your furry friends.
Spread across two levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate living areas, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind.
The lower level features a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with single bunk beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Downstairs also offers a relaxed casual living area with Smart TV — the perfect retreat for kids after a long day at the beach — along with a courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor living, even on windy days.
Upstairs, there is one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with ceiling fans.
The spacious main bathroom is designed for relaxation, complete with an indulgent corner spa bath, separate shower, and separate toilet.
The upstairs living area is bright and inviting, comfortably furnished with a large Smart TV, ceiling fan, and reverse-cycle air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy holiday entertaining, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge/freezer, and ample bench and storage space.
Enjoy meals indoors at the dining table for six, or dine alfresco on the balcony overlooking Tugun Beach. It’s the perfect place to check the surf each morning, take in the stunning Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets, and watch the coastline light up at night.
Tugun Beach House is located only metres from one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful patrolled beaches and just 50 metres from the iconic Tugun Surf Life Saving Club.
Set in the heart of Tugun Village, the property is surrounded by popular cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and everyday conveniences — all within an easy stroll, meaning you can leave the car at home and simply enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
The property is also pet friendly on application, allowing up to two dogs (strictly no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left unattended at the property and guests are asked to minimise barking where possible.
For those travelling with pets, the nearby Oceanway pathway offers scenic walks north toward Currumbin and Palm Beach, including access to popular off-leash dog parks and dog-friendly beach areas.
Parking includes one driveway space, with the garage unavailable for guest use.

LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

The nearby Currumbin Wildlife Park hosts a street food event every Friday, with live music provided in the venue area. Our overall experience was great. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

Vicki A - 16th January 2024We loved our holiday at this location, and it was an excellent setup for our growing family. The accommodation was spacious and allowed for family members to feel independent in their own spaces as well as connected in communal spaces. One thing to note is some tricky internal stairs that are the only way between floors that were challenging for the elderly and little ones. The location was perfect with a flagged beach extremely close and walk to shops that have everything you could possibly need. An outside deck was a highlight with gorgeous ocean views. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday and we would love to return in the future.

Having the ocean right there and access both north and south on the wide walkway is perfect for biking/skating. Comfy beds, full size fridge, dishwasher in a well stocked kitchen is handy for making meals, not that I cooked while there. The loungeroom is big and comfortable for 5 or 6 adults, and the deck looking over the beautiful blue ocean is so serene. This is an inviting, older style property by the water so some things may not be brand new, but everything works as intended. I would definitely stay again.
The location is fantastic and being pet-friendly was a bonus!

Being so close to the beach allowed access to the waves on a whim, while others stayed home to rest. Kitchen stocked with little touches to make our stay warm. Our little black Pug loved the facilities and the waves - this accommodation is the perfect, sleepy, family getaway.
