Tweed Escape is a spacious holiday home perfectly positioned directly across from the beautiful Tweed River, offering the ideal setting for relaxed coastal getaways with family, friends, and your furry companion.
This single-level duplex comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and generous open-plan living spaces designed for easy holiday living.
Start your mornings soaking up the sunshine on the front patio overlooking peaceful parklands and glimpses of the Tweed River — the perfect spot for a morning coffee before a day exploring the coast.
Inside, the light-filled living area features comfortable furnishings, reverse-cycle air conditioning, Smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach or river.
The modernised kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for holiday cooking and entertaining, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and ample bench space.
Enjoy meals indoors or dine alfresco under the covered outdoor entertaining area complete with gas BBQ. The fully fenced backyard provides plenty of space for children and your dog to safely play and relax.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and private ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for families with children, offering one queen bed and two king single beds, adjoining a second media/lounge room with a second Smart TV. All bedrooms include ceiling fans for year-round comfort.
The spacious main bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub, while the separate laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Driveway parking for one vehicle is also provided.
Perfectly located, guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding in the nearby Tweed River, or take a scenic flat walk or bike ride into Coolangatta to explore the stunning surf beaches, cafés, restaurants, shopping, and vibrant coastal atmosphere.
A fantastic selection of cafés, pubs, restaurants, and local shops can be found throughout Tweed Heads and Coolangatta, while Gold Coast Airport is just a convenient 6-minute drive away.
Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Your dog is welcome to join you on holidays, however is not permitted in the 2 carpeted bedrooms, or on any beds or furniture. Dogs must not be left alone at the property at any time and all waste must be removed on departure.
