Designed for effortless beachside living, this contemporary two-bedroom apartment features bright open-plan interiors, quality furnishings, and two separate balconies capturing stunning coastal and hinterland outlooks.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and private ensuite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two king single beds, making the apartment ideal for families, couples, or friends travelling together.
Both bedrooms enjoy direct access to the side balcony, where guests can unwind with spectacular sunset views across the Gold Coast Hinterland.
The light-filled living area is stylishly furnished and designed for comfort, complete with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and seamless flow onto the expansive balcony that stretches the length of the apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy holiday entertaining, while indoor and alfresco dining options make the most of the incredible coastal setting.
For added convenience, the apartment also includes a fully equipped internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Guests have access to secure basement parking for one vehicle (maximum clearance 2.2m). Please note access is narrow and may not suit larger vehicles. Lift access is available to all levels.

Keys
Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring or hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, body wash, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet. These are not replaced during your stay and guests are recommended to bring along additional items to make their stay more comfortable.

Lisa W - 12th November 2024This apartment was perfect for our holiday. It seemed like there was no one around and the elevator was always waiting for us. You can walk everywhere, it’s only 10 minutes to neighboring Coolangatta and Woolworths. The apartment is above a delicious French patisserie with great cafés and restaurants within minutes. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely go back. Nice to have the hinterland views from the lounge and beach views from the verandah.
An extremely disappointing experience
Deborah N - 2nd October 2024The blurb says "two balconies with ocean and hinterland views". This is true except that one of the balconies is unusable as it is only approx. 30cm wide. We approached the agent with our concerns, they said that it is usable as you can stand out on it. They would not back down as the photos are very misleading. Photo 9 the agent says it clearly shows that it is for standing use only. Quilt covers were very grubby. Sneaky tactics to get you in. Agent not willing to accept any responsibility
Hi Deborah, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, although we do disagree with your comments. The photos clearly show both balconies (one large South facing balcony overlooking Kirra and one small North facing balcony looking up to Surfers Paradise). After speaking with you in our office you mentioned several times that you assumed the larger balcony was the North facing balcony, however this is incorrect and is clearly depicted in the photos. We take a lot of pride in ensuring our properties are advertised correctly and are not misleading. We have had more than 50 guests stay before your booking and have never received feedback like this before. We appreciate you were upset that we did not offer compensation or a refund, however the property is not misadvertised and an incorrected assumption on your behalf does not warrant a refund. Only “downfall” I would say is that we had to make up our own beds/linen and strip it all once we left! However, this did not take away from all the amazing aspects of our stay! Will be back!

Lift access to secure parking gives peace of mind and convenience. The show stopper are the 270° views in the living area, showcasing hinterland around to Kirra Beach itself. These are complimented by views to Surfer's Paradise from the 2nd bedroom
